LiftInbox.email is a product of UNIQUE TECHNOLOGIES, registered in Karachi, Pakistan. By using LiftInbox.email (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Service

LiftInbox provides email warmup services for users connecting their own mailboxes using SMTP/IMAP or OAuth integrations.

2. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use this Service.

3. Billing & Subscription

  • Services are billed monthly or yearly on a recurring basis.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
  • Users may request cancellation within 7 days of purchase.
  • Refund requests are accepted within 7 days only.
  • Payments may be processed through PayFast, Blockonomics, offline methods, or other supported gateways.
  • Failure to pay invoices may result in automatic suspension.

4. Acceptable Use

Users may not use the Service for:

  • Spam or phishing
  • Malware distribution
  • Fraud or scams
  • Pornographic content
  • Gambling services
  • Religious or political extremism
  • Sex toys or adult product promotion
  • Interest-based or usury/loan marketing prohibited by applicable laws

Affiliate marketing is permitted unless it violates third-party email provider policies.

5. Suspension & Termination

LiftInbox may suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice if:

  • Google, Microsoft, or other providers blacklist connected mailboxes
  • User activity damages platform reputation
  • Abuse, fraud, or policy violations occur
  • Payments remain unpaid

6. Uptime

LiftInbox targets 99.99% service uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

LiftInbox and UNIQUE TECHNOLOGIES are not liable for:

  • Email deliverability issues
  • Blacklist placement
  • Revenue or business losses
  • Third-party outages
  • Email provider restrictions or suspensions

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

8. Privacy

Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
